SYNDICATE

What is a Syndicate?

A syndicate is a group of between 3 – 100 people. Horse(s) will race under the syndicate name and carry the syndicate colours.

A syndicate has one agent responsible for administration and management.

All syndicates are required to have a syndicate agreement and code of conduct. A copy should be issued and signed by all syndicate shareholders.

Once registered, the syndicate will have a HRI Owners account opened to facilitate all debits and credits (prize money, entry fees, etc.). The syndicate agent will have access to this account.
