Ticketing Requests

AIR Representatives:  Please complete the form below should you wish to send a representative racing in your place and/or have misplaced your AIR cards. Please order by 12pm the day before racing and 4pm Friday for Sunday racing. Please see your declaration email for deadlines to order AIR Rep Tickets.

Guest Badges:  Owners do not need to apply for additional guest tickets.  Please see your declaration email for details on how many guest tickets you are entitled to or see the breakdown below.

All owners can use their AIR Cards and are entitled to additional guest tickets as per the allocation below.

• Sole Owners: 4 AIR Cards plus an additional 4 Guest Admission Tickets 
• 1st Named Partner: 4 AIR Cards plus an additional 4 Guest Admission Tickets 
• 2nd, 3rd & 4th Named Partner: 2 AIR Cards plus an additional 2 Guest Admission Tickets 
  
• Club: 4 AIR cards plus an additional 16 Guest Admission Tickets 
• Syndicate: 4 AIR cards plus an additional admission for every member of the syndicate registered with HRI. Capped at 16 additional guest admissions

• Owners/agents will receive a confirmation email. Please note this is not an automatic reply. 
• On approval the names of AIR representatives will be listed on the AIR/Owner Gate.

• If you request AIR access for lost cards or representatives it will deem your AIR cards invalid on the day.  
• Ownership can only allow an owner entry for misplaced AIR cards on a one off basis. AIR cards must be replaced. Please request new cards ASAP. AIR +353 (0)1 676 0911
