GET IN TOUCH"We have had some incredible days with Henry & Heather de Bromhead over the past 10 years, both over jumps and on the flat. The most recent highlight was our winner with Ascending at Royal Ascot—a first for both of us, and what a thrill it was! I’ve always found Henry and his team at Knockeen a pleasure to deal with. The warm, friendly atmosphere in the yard makes you feel welcome and involved. Their professionalism and dedication shine through in everything they do, making every visit and every race day a special experience."
“The Ownership experience with Gavin Cromwell has been exceptional. I consider myself fortunate to be involved with winners both as a sole owner and with syndicates. The professionalism of the team, Gavin’s approachable nature, his expert training methods, and outstanding communication make the entire experience first-class.”
“Gavin has an excellent range of gallops and facilities and friendly professional staff. As a result of Gavin's excellent and entertaining Open Day, he put me in touch with the other co-owners, and we were lucky enough to have led Stuntman Steve into the winners enclosure twice!... A dream come true!”
“I generally have one horse in training with Gordon Elliott at a time. Gordon and his team are incredibly hard-working and keep me fully updated with videos, WhatsApp messages, and entry & declaration notifications. After every race, I receive a follow-up report the next day on how the horses have recovered from their run. I’ve built a great friendship with Gordon and his team, and I’ve been very lucky that every one of my horses have won races on the track.”
“Joseph is that perfect combination of pedigree, talent, temperament and commitment, with excellent communication skills, sharp wit and an innate humility that he shares with all his remarkable family. He has delivered consistent and remarkable success for the Annus Mirabilis Syndicate across both codes for the past ten years, and I cannot overstate just how joyous that journey has been for all of us.”
“I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Cian Collins as a trainer. People often ask me, ‘Why Cian?’—and the truth is, I didn’t choose him based on strike rates or statistics. I chose him because of the genuine connection I felt from our very first conversation. Cian is incredibly genuine, hardworking, and honest—exactly the qualities I was looking for in a trainer. Although I’m from Wales, we love having our horses in Ireland, and thanks to Cian, we’ve built lasting friendships with other owners. We truly feel part of a community, part of a family—something that’s rare and very special in a sport. What started as a trainer-owner relationship has grown into something more. I’m proud to call Cian not just our trainer, but also a friend and a member of the family.”
"When it comes to horse welfare, nothing is more important, and at Chris Timmons’ yard, the horses always come first. There’s been significant investment in top-quality facilities to ensure the best care for the horses. What stands out most is the open, honest, and transparent communication the syndicate and the members receive from Chris—it’s essential to the entire journey of owning a horse with him. Chris and the team go above and beyond to involve our members, ensuring we get a behind-the-scenes look at everything that’s going on. The yard has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere where we always feel at home, and Chris is generous with his time. His background as a jockey means he brings an incredible depth of experience and knowledge to his training career, which gives us great confidence in the care and development of our horses.”
"I am both an owner and a trainer in my country, Saudi Arabia. I see that Stephen Thorne is a young, ambitious trainer, has achieved amazing results in a short period of time. He deals with the owners as if they were a member of the team, informing us of all the details regarding our horses and their development. If someone asked me, I would strongly recommend working with Stephen as their trainer."
"I wanted a combination of planning, concentration, hard work, timing, patience, self confidence and drive all mixed together in my trainer. We respect each other, but I always give him the final word. He gave me the magical moment of 'Black Forza' winning at Goodwood in August, 2024."
"After considering racehorse ownership for years and reviewing trainers in Ireland, I chose to invest in Ado McGuinness’ yard primarily as i think he is an astute trainer who is on an upward curve. Over the past three years, he has brought me significant success. I admire his strong work ethic, which extends to his dedicated staff and young stable jockey, Adam Caffery. The family-run nature of the yard—with Ado’s daughter Aisling and recently returned son Tadgh playing key roles—adds a special touch. Combined with the valuable support of their team and Ado’s always accessible approach to owners, along with my regular visits to watch the horses work, makes for one very satisfied owner!"
"I got to know the Harty family through a syndicate horse I co-owned called American Money, and when the opportunity came with Arugam Bay, I had no doubt they would do a great job with her. Eddie and Patrick quickly recognised her potential, and she has never looked back since."
"I have been an owner with Eddie and Patrick Harty for a few years. We were introduced when our company became sponsors of the yard. The first venture into ownership with them was a small share in Patrick’s own horse- the grey mare Echoes of Family. We had some great days with her including our best day at the races so far when she won at the Irish Grand National meeting in 2022. Since then, my ownership interests have grown and I have varying size shares in different horses, mainly in partnerships. I find having other people involved with the horses adds to the enjoyment. Having horses with Eddie and Patrick is a brilliant experience as they are always very welcoming of yard visits, in fact they encourage owners to come down as often possible. We can see that the horses are in the best hands.”
“We’ve had an unbelievably positive experience with Ross O’Sullivan and his team training our horses. From the very beginning, Ross has been an absolute pleasure to work with—approachable, professional, and, most importantly, completely honest in everything he does. We’ve been very fortunate to enjoy great success on the track with the horses we’ve had in training with Ross, but just as importantly, we know they’re receiving exceptional care every single day. Ross, Katie and his team genuinely go above and beyond to ensure the wellbeing of each horse, and it’s clear how much pride they take in what they do."
"There is nothing like the excitement of watching your horse run at the races. But there is much more to being an owner; the whole experience of being involved with the yard and the decision making in conjunction with our trainer, Natalia Lupini, it is like belonging to one big club."
"Padraig Roche always makes us feel very welcome and gives us plenty of access to our horses. We appreciate his honest opinions about their progress and potential. Having been involved in several syndicates with Padraig, I’m proud to say we’ve enjoyed great success each time. A big part of that success comes down to the strong, dedicated team Padraig has around him—his staff are key to the smooth running of the entire operation. It’s a professional, friendly environment, and we feel very fortunate to be part of it."
“I met Jack at the Irish Champions Festival in Leopardstown, we were talking horses and whiskey and at the end of the day agreed to visit Jacks yard in the coming weeks. We went down on and saw the operation and I decided to get involved in a 4 man syndicate which included Jack. The fact Jack was also putting his money in gave me great confidence and I liked his straightforward manner. We ended up buying 2 colts and a filly. Jack has been a pleasure to work with and the whole experience has been a blast, it helps when 2 of the 3 horses have been hugely successful and the dream is still alive with the unraced horse. I would highly recommended for anyone thinking of getting involved in ownership with Jack Davison, a man for others!"
